Raimones is a boutique natural wine producer in Penedès, Catalonia, founded and run collaboratively by three Catalan wine families. The project is dedicated to reviving the rare Marina grape, grown on organic-certified vineyards across the region’s coastal plains, hills and mountains. Grapes are hand-harvested and fermented with wild yeasts, with short skin contact and minimal intervention. The resulting small-batch wines are unfiltered and made without added sulfites, reflecting a hands-off approach focused on expressing this distinctive local variety.
