Primosic is a multigenerational family estate in Oslavia, in the Collio area of Friuli-Venezia Giulia, with roots documented as far back as 1751. Today Boris and Marko Primosic, alongside Silvan Primosic, carry forward a family tradition centered on interpreting the Collio terroir and its native grapes, especially Ribolla Gialla. A member of the Associazione Produttori Ribolla di Oslavia, the winery is closely linked to Oslavia’s culture of macerated white and orange wines, using natural skin contact, wood fermentation, and long aging for selected wines. Farming follows sustainable principles under Lutte raisonnée and S.Q.N.P.I. certification, with no pesticides or herbicides, plus solar energy and low-consumption equipment. Their wines emphasize place, minerality, complexity, and a balance between tradition and careful innovation.
