Domaine Patrick Baudouin is a family-run estate in Anjou, in France’s Loire Valley, owned and operated by Patrick Baudouin. He revived the historic 1920 estate and oversees its artisanal production. Certified organic since 2001, the domaine works with hand-harvested grapes and minimal chemical intervention, using indigenous yeasts, reduced sulphur, no chaptalisation, slow pressing, and extended barrel ageing. Its approach emphasizes natural, carefully handled wines, with Chenin Blanc central to the vineyards.
