Manoir de Gay is a small Pomerol estate in Bordeaux, operated by SCEA Vignobles Péré-Vergé. Acquired by Catherine Péré-Vergé from the Robin family in 2002, it is now run by her son Henri Parent following her death in 2013. The estate has been certified HVE since 2020, reflecting its environmental commitment. Winemaking is led by Marcelo Pelleriti, with Catherine Péré-Vergé involved in management and Michel Rolland as consultant.
