Domaine Gabin & Félix Richoux is a family-owned estate in Irancy, Burgundy, run by brothers Gabin and Félix Richoux. The brothers focus on Pinot Noir and farm their vineyards organically and biodynamically, with biodynamic certification since 2013 and preparations used since 2011. Grapes are harvested by hand and rigorously selected, with native-yeast fermentation. The wines undergo extended élevage, described as either 24–36 months before bottling or one year in tank followed by one year in oak.
