Vinification & maturation
France
Domaine Drouhin-Laroze is a small, family-owned Burgundy estate with five generations of winemaking heritage dating to 1850. Philippe and Christine Drouhin led the domaine from 2001 and are now passing stewardship to their children, Nicholas and Caroline, who manage the estate and oversee the winemaking. Their approach uses whole-bunch vinification, selective stem inclusion, and restrained new-oak use, aiming to express the character of the terroir.
