Domaine Aléofane is a boutique Northern Rhône estate owned and operated by winemaker Natacha Chave. Its steep, granite-based vineyards include parcels in Saint-Joseph and Crozes-Hermitage, where Chave carries out the vineyard work by hand. The domaine uses natural treatments, including fenugreek seed extract and a yucca–chitin–tea tree oil blend, while holding no formal organic or biodynamic certification. Low-yield, handcrafted production reflects an emphasis on quality over volume.
