Château Pierbone

France

Château Pierbone is the second wine of Château Peyrabon, an estate spanning 52 hectares across the Haut-Médoc and Pauillac. Owned and operated by Patrick Bernard since 1998, the property has benefited from more than €2 million of investment, including the replanting of 11 hectares and modernisation of the cellars. Bernard is linked to Olivier Bernard of Domaine de Chevalier and founded the négociant Millesima. Château Pierbone is produced within this Bordeaux estate, whose principal wine is made in substantial volume; its own production is not disclosed. No sustainability certifications are mentioned.
