Château La Gorce is a Médoc estate located 7 km north of Saint-Estèphe, on a south- and west-facing knoll with a single-parcel vineyard. Revived in 1980 by Raoul Fabre and his children, it is now owned and managed by the Martin family, who began converting the vineyards to organic farming in 2019; the conversion was completed with the 2022 vintage. The estate combines modern vinification with traditional aging and pursues sustainable practices, ethical social policies, and a contemporary identity respectful of tradition. Its eco-designed labels, created with artists, reflect this approach. The wines have received medals and are gaining recognition in France and abroad.
