Boira is a Veneto producer with vineyards surrounding Verona, where certified organic vines average 25 years old and grow in stony, calcareous soils rich in minerals and fossils. Its fresh, floral Pinot Grigio is made with a 12-hour skin maceration, fermentation in stainless steel, and three to four months’ aging in stainless-steel tanks, without oak. The wine shows pear, apricot, banana, and almond notes, reflecting a clean, fruit-focused style.
