Bacareto is a producer in Marche focused on Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Classico Superiore DOC. Grapes are harvested late, gently pressed, and fermented with indigenous yeasts at low temperature, followed by malolactic fermentation. The resulting wine is rich, powerful, and round, combining ripe fruit with fresh acidity.
