Domaine Uby is a three-generation, family-owned estate and distillery run by the Morel family in the hills of Gascony, in southwest France. Its vineyards on sandy-silty and clay-limestone soils produce IGP Côtes de Gascogne and Vin de France wines, including fresh, accessible Colombard-Sauvignon Blanc blends, as well as red, rosé, sparkling and non-alcoholic wines. The estate combines traditional know-how with modern practices, including sustainable and organic farming, night harvesting to preserve grape quality, and a strong commitment to traceability and nature conservation. Its environmental focus is symbolised by the UBY pond, which protects European pond turtles. Winemaking is led by the Grassa family, with François Morel overseeing the operation.
