Founded in 1990 by Céline and Laurent Tripoz in Loché, in the Mâconnais, Tripoz is a family-owned estate still operated by its founders. The vineyards are planted mainly to Chardonnay, alongside Pinot Noir, Aligoté and Gamay. Organic since 2001 and Demeter-certified biodynamic since 2006, the domaine works without herbicides or additives, using plant decoctions, manual harvesting and respectful macerations. Wines are aged in stainless-steel vats or barrels, reflecting a hands-on, biodynamic approach to winemaking.
