Founded in Priorat in 2001 by Eben Sadie, Dominik A. Huber and Jaume Sabaté, Terroir al Límit is now led by Dominik Huber, with Tatjana Peceric playing a key winemaking role. Working from vineyards in Torroja del Priorat and across the region, the estate farms organically and biodynamically, with a strong emphasis on manual work, ecological practice and old vines rooted in llicorella, clay-limestone and alluvial soils. In the cellar, the approach is gentle and low-intervention, favoring infusion over extraction, including whole-bunch fermentations and élevage in concrete or amphora. The aim is a lighter, more transparent expression of Priorat, producing mineral, elegant wines shaped for Mediterranean gastronomy rather than power.
