Azienda Agricola Roberto Mazzi is a family-run estate in Negrar, in the heart of Valpolicella Classica, with roots dating back to the early 1900s. The winery is run by Roberto Mazzi, his sons Stefano and Antonio, and the family remains hands-on across the full production chain as a member of FIVI, from vineyard work through vinification, bottling and direct sales. Farming follows organic-style principles, with low yields, cover crops, integrated pest management, organic fertilizers and limited sulfur and copper use; some sources also cite organic certification. In the cellar, the Mazzi family combines tradition with modern know-how, producing wines such as Valpolicella Classico, Amarone and Recioto that reflect the local territory and appassimento tradition.
