Domaine de la Tour is a family-owned, owner-grower estate in Lignorelles, near Chablis, run by Vincent Fabrici and continuing the historic stewardship of the Chalmeau family. With roots dating to 1820 and renamed in 1992 by Renato Fabrici, the domaine focuses on Chablis and Bourgogne wines from vineyards in Chablis, Courgis and Chitry, including Premier Cru parcels. The estate describes a strongly quality-led approach, combining traditional winemaking with ongoing technical improvement and close attention to terroir. It practices reasoned, environmentally mindful viticulture, stating that no chemical products or fertilizers are used in the soils.
