Gran Passione is a limited-production red from Veneto, made by Cantine Bertoldi, a family-run estate founded in 1932. The estate cultivates approximately 20 hectares of hand-cared vineyards and operates under the umbrella of Casa Vinicola Botter, with around 90% of sales exported. Grapes are hand-selected and traditionally dried on the vine using the appassimento method, giving the wine a distinctive, concentrated style. No formal sustainability certifications or named winemakers are disclosed.
