Founded in 1976, Azienda Agricola Fratelli Puddu is a family-run winery in Oliena, Sardinia, at the foot of Monte Corrasi. It focuses on Cannonau di Sardegna DOC—particularly the Nepente di Oliena subzone—combining traditional and contemporary interpretations with an emphasis on quality, innovation, and experimentation. The vineyards extend across about 30 hectares, including plantings more than 40 years old, on granitic soils with calcareous components that contribute mineral freshness. Older vines are trained in traditional bush vines and kept to very low yields, while newer plantings use cordon training and remain below DOC yield limits. The estate also cultivates olive groves and produces artisanal salumi.
