Egly-Ouriet is a family-run grower-producer in Champagne, led by fourth-generation Francis Egly, who has run the estate since 1982 and now works alongside his daughter Clémence. The domaine focuses primarily on Grand Cru Pinot Noir from old vines and follows an organic-style, low-intervention approach without formal certification: no chemical fertilizers or herbicides, regular ploughing, hand harvesting, low yields, and green harvests. In the cellar, Francis and Clémence favor native yeasts, barrel fermentation, extended lees aging, minimal dosage and sulfur, and avoid fining and filtration, producing Champagnes with a precise, artisanal style.
