Producer

Domaine Les Vignes d'Adélie

France

Domaine Les Vignes d’Adélie is a family-owned grower-producer in Clessé, Burgundy, run by Adélie, Sandrine and Christian Terrier. The domaine makes wines from Viré-Clessé, Brouilly and Côte de Brouilly, with vineyards on limestone terroirs suited to Chardonnay and granitic soils for Gamay. Since 2021, it has also worked parcels near Mont Brouilly. The family practices sustainable viticulture, using natural products, working the soils and controlling yields, with an emphasis on old vines and quality. Traditional winemaking produces unhurried, “tranquil” wines without added substances. Chardonnay is pruned using the Queue du Mâconnais method, while Gamay is trained in goblet form to limit yields.
