Domaine Charly Nicolle is a family-run Chablis estate in Fleys, rooted in three generations of vine growing. The estate farms across three family holdings, including Premier Cru parcels, with a modest, artisanal production. Viticulture is low-intervention: chemical weed control is avoided, disease treatments are used only when necessary, and some farming is organic, though without formal certification. The domaine’s identity is closely tied to Charly’s personal, hands-on commitment to his vineyards and his deep family roots in Chablis.
