Dry Vermouth de Chambéry

Dolin & Cie is a modest-size, family-owned distillery in Chambéry, Savoie, run for two centuries by the Chavasse/Dolin and Sevez families. It produces 100% Savoyard spirits, keeping its operations local and prioritising tradition and personal relationships over mass production. The company manages its environmental impact by working with local alpine plant growers to help protect wild species such as genepi, while sourcing labels, cardboard and glass from nearby suppliers to limit external inputs.
