Château Saint-Florin is a family-owned estate in Bordeaux’s Entre-Deux-Mers, held by the Jolivet family for five generations. Jean-Marc and Catherine Jolivet took over in 1981, and their daughters now manage the estate, with Marie Jolivet serving as winemaker and technical director and Benedict overseeing sales and marketing. Vineyard practices include grass cover, organic fertilisers, debudding, leaf thinning and green harvesting, supported by detailed plot monitoring and traceability. Bottles are batch-numbered, reflecting the estate’s focus on careful production and consistency.
