Château de l'Escarelle is an organic Provence estate in the Sainte-Baume Regional Natural Park, in the heart of Provence Verte. Owned by Yann Pineau since 2014, the domaine is certified organic and HVE Level 3, with a strong focus on sustainable development, biodiversity, and renewable-energy initiatives. Its preserved setting includes a dedicated butterfly garden and broader conservation work linked to the estate’s natural environment. The vineyards are planted to Mediterranean varieties, and the range includes rosé, white, and red wines, with an emphasis on elegance, finesse, and expression of the Provençal terroir. Winemaking is led by cellar master Alice Pelestor and wine grower Patrick Lobier.
