La Transformation

Château Armoria is a family domaine in the Minervois, on the foothills of the Montagne Noire between Caunes and Laure-Minervois. Its organic, agro-ecological approach prioritizes soil life and the preservation of old vines, with plantings including Carignan, Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre, and Ugni Blanc. Winemaker Julien Salles returned to the family estate to make wine as a life project, guided by respect for nature and a commitment to taking time to do things well. The wines are assembled from micro-vinifications carried out in a 200-year-old cellar.
