Charles Mignon is a third-generation, fully family-owned Champagne house based in Épernay, with roots among winegrowers in the Vallée de la Marne. The Mignon family—Bruno, Laurence, and their children Manon and Guillaume—remain involved across winemaking, future cuvées, and wine tourism. The house sources grapes from leading villages including Chouilly, Avize, Oger, Cramant, Bouzy, Hautvillers, and Damery, and offers a certified Bio-Organic cuvée. Its modern, small-capacity, thermoregulated stainless-steel winery supports precise vinification of Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier, and Pinot Noir. Charles Mignon describes its style as “structure, finesse and purity,” balancing Pinot’s power with Chardonnay’s elegance to express minerality, fruitiness, and freshness. The range includes Premier and Grand Cru wines, limited editions, and an Œnothèque of vintage Champagnes from exceptional years.
