Ceste Vini is a multigenerational, family-owned winery in Govone, Piedmont, drawing on vineyards across Langa, Roero, and Monferrato. Led by PierGuido Ceste with involvement from Nicolò Ceste and other family members, the estate combines traditional practices—late harvesting, gentle pressing, and slow oak aging—with experimentation and innovation. Since 2012, the family has invested in resistant grape varieties and farming research to reduce environmental impact, without claiming formal certification. Its range reflects Piedmont’s local identity, including Barbera, Dolcetto, Nebbiolo, Barolo, Barbaresco, Arneis, and PIWI wines. Limited quantities of some bottlings may sell out before the next vintage.
