Audarya is a family-run winery in Serdiana, Sardinia, owned and operated by siblings Salvatore and Nicoletta Pala, continuing a three-generation winemaking tradition. Across four estates, the family cultivates native Sardinian and Cagliari-area varieties, with Salvatore and Enrico personally involved in vineyard management.
