Robert Goulley is a family domaine established in 1950 in La Chapelle-Vaupelteigne, at the heart of Chablis, Burgundy, and now led by third-generation vigneron Frédéric Goulley. The estate farms Chardonnay and other regional varieties on Kimmeridgian and Portlandian clay-limestone soils, with an environmentally respectful approach including HVE certification and low-input practices. Careful harvesting, gentle pneumatic pressing, indigenous-yeast fermentation in stainless steel, and extended ageing after malolactic fermentation aim to express Chablis’s characteristic freshness and minerality. The range spans Petit Chablis to Grand Cru, alongside Bourgogne wines and other Auxerrois appellations. The Robert Goulley label is produced by Domaine Gueguen, while the wines use the Goulley estate’s fruit and reflect its family-led, plot-focused character.
