Pouilly-Fuissé is a Burgundy appellation coordinated through the Pouilly-Fuissé Producers’ Association and the Union des Producteurs de Pouilly-Fuissé, representing around 250 wineries. The growers promote their villages and wines through the Atrium venue, while the appellation’s Grand Site de France designation reflects a strong commitment to sustainable viticulture. Covering approximately 760 hectares, Pouilly-Fuissé produces about six million bottles annually. Its collective identity was further strengthened by the establishment of 22 premiers crus in 2020, an initiative in which former association president Frédéric Marc Burrier played an important role.
