Palmento Costanzo is a family-owned estate on Etna’s northern slopes in Sicily, founded in 2010–2011 by Mimmo and Valeria Costanzo. Its vineyards are cultivated organically using bio-architecture principles and traditional Alberello training. The estate focuses on sustainable viticulture and natural, expressive wines, with winemaking led by their daughter Serena Costanzo in collaboration with oenologist Nicolo Centanzo.
