ASOLO PROSECCO SUPERIORE DOCG Extra Brut

Montelvini is a family-owned winery in Venegazzù, Treviso, rooted in the Asolo Montello DOCG area and guided by the Serena family since 1881. Now led by Alberto and Sarah Serena, it focuses on Prosecco from Asolo and Conegliano Valdobbiadene, alongside still wines from local varieties. Its winemaking combines respect for tradition with careful modern techniques, including soft pressing, cold decantation and controlled fermentation. Among Italy’s early Equalitas-certified wineries, Montelvini addresses environmental, social and economic sustainability through renewable electricity, photovoltaic energy, circular packaging initiatives and an annual Sustainability Report. The Vigneto Ritrovato project restores an historic vineyard in Asolo’s centre, reinforcing the winery’s connection to its territory.
