Domaine Mallard is a family-run Burgundy estate in Ladoix-Serrigny, at the junction of the Côte de Beaune and Côte de Nuits, farmed by five generations since its 1952 founding. Led by Michel Mallard with family support, the domaine works exclusively with estate-grown grapes across regional, village, Premier Cru and Grand Cru appellations, including Ladoix, Aloxe-Corton, Corton and Corton-Charlemagne. Its reasoned viticulture focuses on preserving soil life through ploughing, scratching, organic composts and controlled treatments, with careful canopy management and manual sorting. Pinot Noir and Chardonnay are handled with a restrained, terroir-focused approach: indigenous-yeast fermentation, selective use of whole clusters and maturation in French oak, allowing each vintage to express itself.
