Domaine Grands Puys is a family estate near Mormoiron in France’s Vaucluse, taken over in 2019 by cousins Thomas and Cédric Constantin and their wives, Vanessa and Karine. Formerly supplying grapes to a cooperative, the estate now produces five cuvées—two whites, a rosé, and two reds—from organically certified vineyards on sand, gravel, clay, and limestone soils. Organic conversion began before certification was achieved with the 2023 vintage. Cover crops support soil life, alongside selected biodynamic preparations such as nettle and comfrey sprays and copper treatments. Winemaking is minimally interventionist, with little sulfur added at bottling.
