Domaine de Pellehaut is a family-run estate in Côtes de Gascogne, Southwest France, owned by the Béraut family for more than three centuries and now operated by brothers Martin and Mathieu Béraut. Its vineyards cover about 180 hectares within a 550-hectare estate, producing aromatic white wines, red blends, and Armagnac. Farming follows traditional, biodiversity-friendly practices, including cow-manure compost to reduce reliance on synthetic fertilizers, although the estate has no formal sustainability certification. The wines are fresh, crisp, fruit-forward, and balanced; Chardonnay is fermented in 225-litre oak barrels and aged on its lees. Armagnac is distilled by Patrick Michalouski, while the wines are marketed by Maison Sichel SARL.
