Domaine David Fagot is an independent, family-owned estate in Fuissé, in Burgundy’s Mâconnais, founded and operated by David Fagot since 2000–2001. Working with Chardonnay across the white appellations of Mâcon-Villages, Saint-Véran, Pouilly-Fuissé and Pouilly-Fuissé Premier Cru, the domaine focuses on expressive wines marked by finesse and minerality. Vineyard work is low-intervention, with cover crops, minimal essential treatments, selective pruning, bud suppression and phytotherapy; interventions are also guided by lunar phases. The approach emphasizes careful observation, respect for soils and terroir, and environmental protection, without formal certification being cited. Its Premier Cru comes from well-exposed slopes and is vinified entirely in oak barrels.
