De Monaco & Holland is a small, boutique producer in Umbria, owned and operated by Lorenzo di Monaco. The estate follows low-intervention, homeopathic viticulture, using algae and orange-extract treatments without formal certification. In the cellar, native yeasts guide fermentation, while the wines mature for around two years in large 500-litre botti. Presented as a partnership under the De Monaco & Holland name, the label reflects an artisanal approach focused on ecological stewardship and traditional, minimally interventionist winemaking.
