Its estate includes the Rutherford vineyards and Dollarhide in the Napa foothills, with a focus on Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet Sauvignon, and other red Bordeaux varieties. The winery is certified Napa Green for both vineyards and winery, with sustainability efforts that include biodiversity, integrated pest management, composting, water recycling, and solar energy. St. Supéry emphasizes quality through detailed vineyard control and careful cellar work such as small-lot fermentations, hand and optical sorting, and custom oak barrels. Founded on a strong estate-driven philosophy, it has been owned by CHANEL since 2015.
