Producer

Paolo Cottini

Italy

Paolo Cottini is a family-run estate in Valpolicella Classica, founded in 2010 by Paolo and Sara Cottini, whose family has cultivated vines and made wine for three to four generations. Its vineyards lie across several valleys and elevations, using the traditional Verona pergola system on varied soils and dry-stone walls. All vineyard work and winemaking are carried out by hand, including harvesting. The winery combines traditional DOC wines that express Valpolicella’s character with more personal IGT interpretations. Its range includes Valpolicella, Ripasso, Amarone and other red wines, alongside Zore Spumante Brut Blanc de Noir. Amarone follows a traditional process with extended grape drying, cask aging and further maturation in barriques.
