Marx-Coutelas is a small, family-owned Champagne estate in Venteuil, east of Épernay, directed by winemaker Bryan Marx since 2018. Its vineyards lie on chalky soils and are certified organic or in conversion to organic viticulture. The estate makes low-dosage Champagnes from Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier, alongside barrel-aged single-parcel wines matured in a limestone cave. Bryan Marx also runs Domaine de Tuileries, a solo project focused on single-parcel expressions of the same varieties.
