Domaine Guillot-Broux is a family-owned Burgundy estate in the Mâconnais, established in 1978 by Jean-Gérard Guillot and Jacqueline Broux and now run by their sons Patrice and Emmanuel. Its vineyards in Cruzille, Grévilly and Chardonnay lie mainly on east-facing clay-limestone slopes, with organic farming practiced since the family’s beginnings and certification since 1991; biodynamic methods are also used. The domaine harvests manually, controls yields, works with high-density planting and massal selection, and vinifies each terroir separately. Wines are made without added yeasts, with minimal sulfur, and are bottled without fining or filtration, emphasizing purity, minerality and individual site expression. Maison Guillot-Broux, created in 2014, extends this approach to organically certified partner growers whose grapes are harvested and vinified by the domaine.
