Domaine de Bachellery is a family-owned estate near Béziers in the Languedoc-Roussillon, purchased and renewed by the Julien family in the early 1980s after a history documented since the Middle Ages. Five generations of Julien winegrowers have shaped the domaine; Bernard Julien has overseen the vineyard for decades, with Yannick Julien responsible for winemaking since 2005 and Brice Julien handling commercial operations. On dry, clay-limestone and gravelly soils, the vineyard includes around twenty grape varieties, some exceptionally authorized. The estate produces rich, concentrated reds, elegant whites and fruity rosés. Night harvesting, immediate destemming, CO₂-protected pressing and low-temperature fermentation are used to preserve freshness and aromas, with élevage in modern tanks or oak barrels.
