France

Château des Eyssards is a three-generation family-owned estate in the Dordogne, with Pascal Cuisset as owner-winemaker. Its vineyard produces red, rosé, dry white, sweet and IGP wines across several Bergerac appellations. The winery uses night-time machine harvesting, cold settling and stainless-steel fermentation at 16–18°C, with ageing on fine lees and oak barrels reserved for selected cuvées. The range reflects the diversity of the region, from fresh whites to structured reds and sweet wines. The estate is not certified organic, biodynamic or sustainable.
