Prados Colección Garnacha

Bodega Pagos del Moncayo is a family-founded artisanal winery established by the Aibar family in 2006 at the foot of Sierra del Moncayo in Vera de Moncayo, Aragón. Working with family vineyards in Campo de Borja, it focuses primarily on Garnacha and Syrah for its Prados range. Vineyard work includes manual cultivation, biological control and hand harvesting, while the cellar uses open fermentation vats, traditional foot-treading, natural stabilization, minimal sulfur and limited filtration. The winery holds the Eco-Prowine Eco-Label and reports emissions well below the European average; it also operates off-grid using solar panels and benefits from natural climate control from the Moncayo air. Pedro Aibar, together with Louis Geirnaerdt and Eugenie van Ekeris, leads the project, which combines traditional methods with a strong environmental focus.
