Mas Théo is a family-run estate in Grignan-les-Adhémar, in the Drôme Provençale of the Rhône Valley. Laurent Clapier took over the property in 1999 and founded the winery in 2005; some listings also name Theo and Sophie Reynaud as owners and winemakers. The estate has been organically certified since 2004 and biodynamically certified by Demeter since 2011. Its wines are aged in a former quarry cave cellar, underscoring a terroir-focused approach rooted in the character of the property.
