Château Haut-Gravet is an Aubert family property at the foot of the Saint-Émilion hillside on Bordeaux’s Right Bank, producing Saint-Émilion Grand Cru. The wider Domaines Alain Aubert estate has been shaped by a family lineage of winemakers dating to the 17th century, with Amélie Aubert overseeing viticulture, vinification and ageing. Vineyard work includes plot selection, bud removal, green harvesting and hand-picking; no formal sustainability certification is noted. The flagship Grand Chemin parcel comprises approximately two hectares of 40-year-old vines. Winemaking involves cold maceration, malolactic fermentation in 60–80% new oak, and around 20 months’ lees ageing. The vines overlook the UNESCO World Heritage village of Saint-Émilion.
