Château Gerbaud is a Bordeaux estate planted with 60% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon on sand, clay and deep gravel soils. Vineyard work is overseen by an agricultural engineer, with grapes harvested plot by plot and taken directly to the on-site winery for sorting and fermentation in temperature-controlled tanks. The wines are aged in traditional Bordeaux barrels and bottled in their second year. Alongside wine production, the estate offers camper-van accommodation, adding a hospitality dimension to the property.
