Château La Grolet Côtes de Bourg

Famille Hubert is a multigenerational, family-owned Bordeaux winegrower operating Château Peybonhomme-Les-Tours in Blaye Côtes de Bordeaux and Château La Grolet in Côtes de Bourg. The estates include hillside and steeply sloped vineyard parcels, along with meadows, woodland, streams, and springs. The family farms organically and biodynamically, emphasizing respect for nature and the expression of terroir, without a specific certification being stated. Their winemaking includes amphora élevage. Château Peybonhomme-Les-Tours, overlooking the Gironde estuary, was classified as a Premier Cru Bourgeois in 1868.
