Pastel Rosé

Founded in 1993, Domaine de la Réaltière is a family-owned Provence estate run and made by Pierre and Sylvia Michelland. Its limestone-clay vineyards lie at 450 metres and have been farmed organically since the early 1990s, with Demeter biodynamic certification since 2011. Dry-farmed, gobelet-trained vines are cultivated without pesticides, herbicides or other chemical treatments. The Michellands follow a minimal-intervention approach in the cellar, relying on indigenous yeasts, no additives and very low sulfur. Wines are estate-bottled, primarily in magnum format.
