Domaine Chifflet is a family-owned estate in Saint-Joseph in the northern Rhône Valley, led by Paul Chifflet. Its vines are spread across five steep hillside plots facing Hermitage, with Syrah as the main planting and some historic vines dating back to 1912. The vineyard is farmed organically without formal certification, with work done mainly by hand and horse. In the cellar, Paul Chifflet vinifies each plot separately as a micro-cuvée before oak ageing and blending, reflecting a careful, artisanal approach.
